We also provide "end-to-end" service where we order, receive, install, update and configure your new system for you. Your computer is fully functional when you take it home (all you have to do is to plug it in)!We can also help you transfer data from your old computer to your new computer, with the advantage of having a SPOC (single point of contact). We will work with you "one-on-one" to answer all your questions and will help you get the products you need. After you have purchased a new system, we can protect your personal information by deleting data from your old computer and help you in recycling your used equipment.

- Your Original Invoice/receipt is required for all returns.
All returns/exchanges must be in original condition, include all accessories and packing material. All returns are to be made at the place of purchase. BizTek reserves the right to ask for identification. BizTek reserves the right to deny any return unless prohibited by law.
- 14-day return period
We accept returns or exchanges 14 days from the original purchase on unopened computers, monitors, notebook computers, computer parts and accessories.
- Restocking fee and Opened or Special Order Items
A restocking fee of 20% will be charged on all computer equipment and peripherals including opened notebook computers unless defective or prohibited by law (equipment older than 30 days are non-returnable) returned with original packing and all accessories. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on equipment not returned with original packing or all accessories. BizTek reserves the right to deny opened item returns based on equipment condition etc unless prohibited by law. Special Order Products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective or prohibited by law.
- Refund method
Refund will be in the same form as original purchase. Exceptions: Cash, debit or check purchases over $150 will be refunded in the form of a mail check within 15 business days of return.
- Non-returnable items
Non-returnable items include labor and/or installation services. Items that are damaged, abused and accidently damaged (spills, power surge etc.,) are non-returnable. Opened computer software, can be exchanged for the identical item but cannot be returned for a refund.
