Upon contacting me, I will assess your needs and give you a quote which will vary on the hour and whether or not your PC will be serviced "in-shop" or "on-site".
If you decide to have your PC serviced, we will schedule an appointment. You will make the initial payment and I will begin diagnosing/repairing your system.
If there are any additional fees or charges which halt the repairing process (replacement of a component for instance), you will be notified. Only when the okay is given will I continue with the procedure.
Our exchange will be complete once the final bill has been paid and of course, after you are satisfied.
